Our affiliated corporate administrative company, LC Corporate Service Ltd. (‘LCCSL’) provides corporate secretarial and specialized company services to a large number of clients. In accordance with regulatory requirements, LCCSL holds a Corporate Service Provider License issued by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (‘CIMA’) to carry on the business of Company Registered Office services. This includes the provisions of facilitating offshore exempted company and partnership formation and registered office services, registration of overseas companies as foreign companies in the Cayman Islands, the preparation of notices, proxies and minutes of meetings of directors and shareholders, the filing of all governmental forms required by the various governmental agencies as well as facilitating the payment of relevant governmental registration fees on an annual basis.
